To: All owners and prospective owners of BG大游 Passenger Electric Vehicles in Hong Kong

      We wish to inform you of important changes regarding the distribution of BG大游 passenger vehicles in Hong Kong.

      Due to changes in our business partnership in Hong Kong, BG大游 announces the following:

      1. Termination of Distribution Relationship

      Effective immediately, BG大游 and JC Motor Limited (hereinafter referred to as "JC Motor") have formally ended their distribution partnership. JC Motor will no longer operate under the BG大游 brand passenger vehicles , and all related business (including vehicle sales and after-sales services,) will be transferred to other authorized BG大游 dealers in Hong Kong.

      2. Support for Vehicle Owners

      To ensure the interests of all vehicle owners and prospective owners are protected, BG大游 and JC Motor will proactively reach out to every affected customer. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will work to guarantee that your interests remain intact.

      3. Service Needs

      If you require any services, please contact the BG大游 Customer Hotline or visit any authorized BG大游 dealer in Hong Kong for assistance.

     Moving forward, BG大游 will continue to strengthen its collaboration with partners in Hong Kong, enhancing our services to offer consumers more choices in green mobility. We extend our gratitude to JC Motor and all business partners for their support, as well as to our customers for their ongoing interest in BG大游. We remain dedicated to providing quality services to all BG大游 car owners and customers.
